Just last week we were lucky enough to be able to visit Myddfai in Wales and stay at the absolutely stunning VanAnn. The host Fiona has done an amazing job getting this little slice of heaven set up so beautifully. There is everything you could need here and Fiona is always willing to help you out if you need help with anything.
The converted touring caravan is surprisingly spacious with double bed, fold away table, kettle and toaster all inside and an ample decking and garden area to enjoy those Welsh views. Round the back of the van there is a big but cosy shed kitted out as a lounge with books and board games, while just down a short path to the back of the house you will find your private wet room with shower.
You’re not far from Llandovery while staying here and, ultimately, not too far for anything as you have the west and south coast around an hour drive away making VanAnn an amazing base to explore Wales.
Even our two wee terrors, Kenny and Norman, were welcome here (and they must have known because they were on their best behaviour all weekend).
If you are there while the market is on in town I recommend popping along and sampling some of the amazing things on sale.
Fiona is an excellent host and VanAnn is an amazing place to stay. Don’t miss out and make this your home from home whenever you are in the area. We cannot wait to return! Oh and don’t forget to take Geraint the gecko with you on your explorations around the area. He likes to share in your experiences (don’t worry he’s not a real gecko).
See you soon Fiona!
